Hand Made Boilies

Hand Made Boilies
When we went to Home Farm Fishery, Mamhead I caught my first fish on a boilie. What made it better was this it was a boilie rolled by my own fair hands
I used the Mistarl Isotonic base mix with Mistral Strawberry flavouring. I didn't colour the boilie (mainly because I didn't have any dye) and hand rolled the boilies to around 12mm. The base mix is complete and doesn't require any eggs to make up. the boilies were boiled for around 40 seconds and frozen to keep them fresh. I hair riged a single boilie over my favourite slop mix - home cooked hemp, tin of sweetcorn and 2.3mm coarse pellets mixed in one pot. This is a killer groundbait and works every time.
Fish with friends then it doesn't matter if you blank!

Well done Martin
It is most satisfying catching on your own home made baits.
