			<description>The weather for the GMBU sponsored carp match at Spring ponds could not have been better, warm and sunny on both days. We had a fantastic turnout of fifteen junior anglers, who were all looking forward to the two day event.







Day one got off to a flying start with JJ lock, hooking into a fish only 30 seconds after the “All in” and was a good sign of the excellent days fishing ahead. The fish kept coming throughout the day and only a few anglers struggled to catch.

			<description>N.A.F.A. Juniors have been busy over the last couple of weeks with the finale of both of their Summer Leagues.





The final match of the &quot;Teign Trophy&quot; Summer League was held on Wheel Pond leading to a tight finish to the league. Winner on the day was Elliot Fay with 6k 620g of carp on pole and pellet. Second was Ben Avery, again with carp on the pole for 4k 200g, and third was Kingsley Davis with 3k 100g.

			<description>Last weekend was the final of the N.A.F.A. All Night Series on Rackerhayes.  Winner overall was Mark Cousins on &quot;Cow Shed&quot; peg 96 on Linhay, with 12 tench on waggler fished various baits for 23k 300g.  Second was David Sugden on peg 6 on First Pond with 12 tench on the pole for 11k 300g, and third was Liam Dore on Dores peg 110 with 2 bream and eels for 8k 500g.

			<description>Last week saw N.A.F.A. stage their annual three day Festival which was decided on overall weight .  30 anglers participated, sharing some excellent catches over the three days.  On Friday night at Rackerhayes the winner was Rick Johnson from &quot;Cow Shed&quot; Peg 96 on Linhay with six tench on pole and caster for 16k 500g. Second was Phil Bailey with tench from Peg 21 on Island Pond for 9k 250g, and third was Dave Campbell on Peg 8 on First Pond, again with tench for 8K 850g.

of matches.  20 Anglers fished at Rackerhayes where some excellent weights 

were recorded.

			<description>The penultimate round of the N.A.F.A Tackle Trader Winter League was fished on Key and Bradley Ponds last Sunday.





The winner on the day was Rick Johnston on Key Pond from peg 15, with a pole and caster caught net of Roach and Bream for 4k 850g. A close second was Paul Gay from the next peg, 17, with a similar net also caught on pole and caster for 4k 700g.  Third was John Durham on peg 10 at Bradley with 3k 450g of Skimmers and Roach caught on the waggler and maggot.

			<description>March 27th Update and Feature on top Junior Elliot Fay Round 4 of the Junior Oakford Winter League was fished at Spring Ponds on Saturday. Winner was Kingsley Davies on peg 1 with 4 carp for 4k 750g, recording his first match win. Second was Elliott Faye with a single carp of 3k 590g and third was Ashley Smith again with a single carp of 2k 490g. The next Junior match will be held on Saturday 4th April on Key Pond - draw will take place at the pond at 10 am.

			<description>Last week the N.A.F.A Juniors fished the 3rd round of the Oakford Winter League on Bradley Pond. 

Winner on the day was Sam Powell from peg 2 with 1k 400g of Roach and Skimmers caught on the pole and maggot.

Second was Ashley Smith from peg 7 skimmers caught on ground bait feeder and maggot.



The next Junior match will be fished this Saturday at Spring Ponds - draw will be at 10 am at the ponds.
