well barn for the day

hey fished well barn yestoday had loads of roach and a couple of skimmers all on maggot tried corn but no luck the carp didnt wanna know lol il give it another go sum time and hopefully get a carp out from there .

I have found the fishing hard going everywhere at the moment Luke, a couple of blanks to report though I have been holding out for the bigger fish. Sunshine is excellent but I think we will only start catching again when we get some low pressure and rain.

yeah same here, fishing has got slow, the 'north, north easterly and the easterly winds are not helping either.

next weekend the weather is changing, low pressure ( around 1010mb) and the rain and westerly's are coming

same for all anglers at Well Barn at present, the silvers are playing but the carp and tench are being a bit elusive. We all know that the fishing improves as the weather changes so keep watching this space!
